Do you do the changeover cleans yourselves?
Yes. Every clean is done by the two of us, with help from our daughter on busy changeover days. Nobody else ever sets foot in your property.
Can you take over a let that’s already running?
Yes. We start with a visit, an inventory and a photo condition report, then we set up keys, listings, pricing and the cleaning schedule so the handover is smooth for you and your guests.
How do you charge for management?
