Looking after a coastal South Hams property
Village properties are often further apart and further from the shops, so good planning matters. We organise our changeover days by route, so we can give each house the time it needs.
Coastal homes take a battering from wind, salt and sand. Regular checks, especially through the winter, catch small problems before they turn into big ones.
We also look after properties nearby, including Hope Cove, Thurlestone, Bantham, Bigbury-on-Sea, Slapton, Torcross, Beesands, Stoke Fleming.
