Who we are

Prestige Coastal Cleaning & Property Services is a family business run by Tim and Natalie in the South Hams, Devon. We decide how the details you send us are used, so we are the “data controller” under UK data protection law. You can contact us about anything on this page at contact@prestigecoastalcps.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through this website, we receive:

• your name, email address and (if you give it) phone number
• where your property is and which service you are interested in
• anything you tell us about your property

We only collect what you choose to send. Please don’t include key codes, alarm codes or other security details in the form.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, visit your property if you ask us to, and give you a quote. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before you decide to work with us. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers handle data for us, only so this website and our email work:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers the enquiry form to our inbox
• our email provider, which stores our emails

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your details leave the UK, the transfer is protected by safeguards that UK data protection law recognises.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the records we need to look after your property, and our accounts for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. Just email contact@prestigecoastalcps.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and check the site loads quickly. They do not use cookies and do not identify you: we only see totals, such as how many people visited a page.

If we add any other analytics in future, we will ask for your permission first with a banner, and update this page.
